Balance Information: To check the current balance on your
card simply call 1-866-255-9831 or visit www.deluxecard.com. Note that merchant
systems are not able to provide you the remaining balance on the gift cards at
the point of purchase. Also note that the area reserved as a balance register on
card carriers offers you a convenient place to keep track of your remaining
balance as you shop.
Fee Schedule: All fee amounts will be withdrawn from your
Card Account and will be assessed as long as there is a remaining balance on
your Card Account, except where prohibited by law. Anytime your remaining Card
Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed, the balance of your
Card Account will be applied to the fee amount.
- Monthly Maintenance Fee: $2.50 (per month beginning the 7th month after
activation, except where prohibited by law)
- Replacement Card Fee: $15.00 (per Card; when Card is reissued or replaced for
any reason)
- Balance Reimbursement Fee: $15.00 (charged if a check is issued for funds on
your Card Account)
Card is not insured by the FDIC.
Personal Identification Number: You will not receive a
Personal Identification Number ("PIN") with your Card.
Cash Access: You may not use your Card to obtain cash from
an Automated Teller Machine ("ATM"), Point-of-Sale ("POS") device, or by any
other means. You may not use your Card at an ATM.
