Customer is required to maintain an Advantage, e-ssentials, or Optimum checking account. Failure to do so will result in a conversion of your Companion Savings Account to a Regular Savings Account, and all prices and features of that account will apply. |

If your daily balance is more than $299.99, you will receive interest on the entire balance in your account. |
| Minimum balance requirements to avoid imposition of fee |
A monthly fee will be charged on every statement date if the average daily balance in the account for the statement period falls below $300. |
