To buy CNC Common Shares through the stock auction, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain an Official Bid form.
Bids are due to be received at least one hour prior to the time listed on our stock auction public notice advertisements. Any bids submitted after the deadline will be accepted at the auction manager’s discretion. Bid forms can be submitted in the following ways: by USPS mail, by email, or in person. Please make use of the information provided the CNC Financials page when completing the Official Bid form.
To sell CNC Common Shares through the stock auction, please contact Kirsten Johnson or Heather Sullivan.
Shareholders interested in submitting shares should contact us at least four (4) weeks before the scheduled auction date with the shareholder’s registered name and the total number of shares. Submitting shares to the stock auction can require many sources of documentation and verification, such as court issued documents and delivery of physical certificates. Any shares where the documentation is received within three (3) weeks of the auction date may be deferred to a later auction date.
No brokers, dealers or other institutional investors may participate in the stock auctions. The terms of the stock auctions are subject to change by CNC and can be terminated at any time by CNC in its sole discretion.
