Thank you for using Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) online banking with Automated Clearing House (ACH) and/or wire transfer service(s). We at are excited to inform you that we are in the process of upgrading our online banking system. This new system will provide many security benefits and additional functionality.

In an effort to ensure that you are familiar with the new system and that you are aware of new features and functionality, we encourage you to participate in one of our scheduled training sessions. The 90-minute sessions listed below will not only teach you how to use the new system, but will also allow us to convert you at training to the new system on a one-to-one basis to avoid any disruption of service.

  • Navigate the new Online Banking 
  • Create batches and templates 
  • Submit templates for processing 
  • Initiate wire transfers 
  • Create and manage users 
  • Set mobile alerts *NEW*

For any customer not converted during the above training dates, online banking conversion will occur on November 8th 2011.

To register for one of the training sessions above, please contact our Help Desk at 585-394-4260, select option 3 for Call Center, then option 3 for ACH and Remote Deposit Capture services. Please indicate the date and time that you would like to attend. Space is limited per session, so please RSVP by 6:00pm on October 3, 2011. The Help Desk is available Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm or email helpdesk@cnbank.com with “ACH training” in the subject line.

We at CNB are excited about everything new happening with online banking and, after attending one of these training sessions, you will see why.

How to prepare for your Training Session

  • Bring a cell phone, tablet or other device you will use to receive secure alerts on. 
    • Due to limited space cell phones and tablets with 3G are recommended 
    • Device should have the latest security software (antivirus, malware, anti-phising, etc…) and be clean of any threats prior to this training 
    • Device must be approved by your management team 
    • Device needs to be able to receive text, email, or have internet access 
  • Know your current sign-on ID. 
  • Know the information for your daily processing limits. 
  • Have names and information for all sub-users. 
  • For users that utilize dual control for ACH and wire transfer batches, both parties should be present. If both parties cannot attend, single control will be utilized for this training. 
  • For businesses that use subsidiaries, be prepared to configure those at this training. 
  • Wi-Fi is not available computer training room.
