On November 8, 2011 we will be going Live with our New Online Banking Center. The first time you login after the launch of our new Online Banking System, you will need to follow the instructions below.
Please Note: First Time User includes existing CNB Online Banking users who have not yet logged into the new system, as well as new users to our Online Banking system, effective November 8, 2011.

CNBillPay - Temporarily Unavailable for Changes |
CNBillPay will be temporarily unavailable for changes beginning November 4 at 5pm through 8:30am November 8. During this time period, no additional changes may be made such as, adding or changing a payee or amount or date of payment. All existing payments WILL continue to process as scheduled. The NEW CNBillPay will be available on November 8, 2011 for full use. More on CNBillPay.

Update Contact Information |
If you have not updated CNB with your most current contact information (phone numbers, emails), please call the Customer Call Center and do so.

CNBillPay - History |
Please print or record your payment history in CNBillPay today. Your current payment history will be unavailable beginning November 8 and history will begin to be recorded in our new system after November 8. More on CNBillPay.

Recurring Fund Transfers |
Please take note of any recurring transfers that you currently have in online banking today, these transfers will NOT automatically convert to the new system. On November 8 you will need to re-establish them in the new system. You will be able to do that by clicking on the Funds Transfer tab. Once you establish them, you can view and manage them under the Manage Recurring menu option.

Quicken and QuickBook Users |
There are some actions that need to be taken if you are a Quicken or QuickBooks User, after the conversion day of November 8. Please read them carefully. |

Extended Call Center Hours |
The Customer Call Center will be open on Veteran's Day, 11/11, from 8am-8pm and will be extending our hours on Saturday, 11/12, and Sunday, 11/13, to 8am-3pm. |
First Time Login Instructions

- Go to the Online Banking Login Page and enter your current Online Banking Login ID, Do Not enter a password, check the box “I am a First Time User”, click the ’login’ button.
*If you have not signed up for Online Banking, please click on the box that says ‘Sign Up For Online Banking Today!’
- Select a phone number or email address to receive a Secure Access Code, click ‘Submit’.
*If you have chosen a phone number, you will receive an automated phone call speaking your secure access code, you need to be able to answer the phone to receive your code, your code will not be left on a message.
- Retrieve your one-time Secure Access Code from your phone or email. Enter the Secure Access Code, click ’Submit’.
- Read the “Online Banking Access Agreement & Disclosure”, click ‘I Accept’.
- Review your Online Profile; if changes are necessary you can submit those through a secure mailbox message within online banking, click ‘Submit’.
- Create your new Online Banking Password, confirm the password, click ‘Submit’ to complete your enrollment and begin.
*Passwords are case sensitive in our new online banking.
Please note: Upon your next login, you will be taken through 3 steps to initiate your enhanced identification layer. This is where you can choose to register a non-public computer for future online banking access. Please review the additional instructions in the pdf document above.

You can verify the information we have in our system 3 ways:

3. www.cnbank.com - within the Online Banking System –use the Mailbox link located in the left side navigation (see image to left)
This information will be utilized to deliver secure communications when accessing these services.
