Minimum Requirement: Set up your three Security Questions and corresponding answers (instructions below).
Recommended: To enable faster logins, register any trusted computers that you'll regularly be using for online banking. If you choose to register a computer at a later date, you can do so during online banking signon.
Important note for Mac users: CNB's enhanced security solution offers two options for setting up trusted computers,
so that you are not required to answer one of your security questions each time you log in. Digital Certificates are the default
method for identifying computers as a trusted ones. But the digital certificate configuration process on Macs can be cumbersome. For this reason, CNB recommends that Mac users opt for using
a security cookie file to identify trusted computers.
Online Banking users must call the CNB Call Center to have each of their accounts configured to use security cookies rather than digital certificates to
identify trusted computers

First Time Setup
Defining your security questions
In this step you will create the Security Questions necessary to begin using your Enhanced Security Login.
- Log into CNB Online Banking from the any www.cnbank.com page or from the Online Banking login page.
- You'll be taken to the "Authentication Factor Set-up Process" page.
- You'll need to select or create three security questions, and fill in the appropriate answers.
- If you would like to create your own questions, examples might be: "Your favorite food," "Name of the street you grew up on," "Your favorite movie," etc.
- Enter your e-mail address in the provided field.

- IF you are on a trusted computer, and one that you access CNB Online Banking from frequently, then it is recommended that you check "Enable this computer with my security cookie for future secure and convenient online banking."
This will make your subsequent logins faster, avoiding the need to answer a security question each time.
Select "Continue" to complete your online banking login.
