The award is named for Canandaigua National Bank & Trust’s past President, CEO, and Chairman Arthur S. Hamlin. The ASH Award is given annually to an employee(s) who exemplifies the core values and characteristics of the man for whom the award is named:

A Loan Operations Supervisor, Eva is a leader who both coaches and guides her employees. With over nine years of experience at the bank, Eva has proven her dedication and commitment to her role. Eva's coaching abilities shine through as she empowers her employees to create exceptional customer service experiences.

On top of her stellar professional work, Eva is actively involved in her church community, volunteering on community outreach trips to Jamaica and supporting local initiatives such as the food pantry, Day of Caring, and Happiness House Angel Tree Tags.
