Online Banking Tip of the Day: Remove a Challenge Phrase in CNBillPay

Did you know with CNBillPay you can remove a challenge phrase?  This is a nice option if you have a challenge phrase that you no longer want to use.
How:  Access ‘CNBillPay’ from within the Online Banking Center, select ‘Challenge Phrases’ from the drop-down list under ‘Options’ in the top menu bar.  Enter your response to the challenge phrase presented and press ‘Submit’.  Your phrases are listed in the ‘Manage Challenge Phrases’ box, under ‘Your current Challenge Phrases’.  Press ‘Remove’ next to a phrase to remove it.  You are required to have at least four phrases at all times, so if removing a phrase will drop you under four you must first add one.
