JoAnn Nieman has been with CNB for over twelve years and has over 30 years experience in Retail and Commercial banking. Her current responsibilities as a Vice President in the Commercial Services Department are servicing the financial needs of businesses in the Greater Rochester area, with products managed such as Working Capital Lines of Credit, Equipment Loans, Term Loans, Mortgages, etc.
Prior to her joining The Canandaigua National Bank & Trust Company, she worked in Commercial Real Estate Lending at her prior two employers, with responsibilities that included lending for both owner-occupied and investment real estate and land development financing. Prior to her involvement in Real Estate Lending, she managed the Operations and Credit Support staff for the Commercial Real Estate Department at a former employer as well as assisting in the development and implementation of a Residential Real Estate unit within the organization. Retail experience from previous Banking positions includes all facets of customer service and retail loan processes.
Education
JoAnn graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1988 with a degree in Finance from the State University of New York at Brockport and was named the Business Scholar for her Graduating class.
