About
Joe is Executive Vice President of the Customer Value Management Group of Canandaigua National Bank and Trust, in Canandaigua, NY, and has over 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience, most of which has been spent in the financial services industry. Joe joined Canandaigua National in 2001, and is responsible for defining and managing the client experience across all channels and lines of business, where the defined experience is intended to provide meaningful education, advice and financial solutions to clients at every stage of life. Additionally, Joe serves as CEO of Genesee Valley Trust Company, a subsidiary of Canandaigua National Corp.
Prior to joining Canandaigua National Bank, Joe was a Vice President and Product Manager at PNC Bank in Pittsburgh, PA, where he re-engineered their Workplace Banking product, and was responsible for the management of the associated sales and marketing activities. Formerly, Joe worked at Midlantic Bank in NJ, and locally, at Chase-Lincoln First Bank.
Joe received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University, where he dual majored in English and Economics, and is a proud graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School. He serves as President of the American Cancer Society’s Lakes Region Board of Advisors, as well as volunteering in many local youth and high school hockey programs, and youth baseball programs. Joe lives in Pittsford, with his wife, Lisa, and their four children.
