About
Karen is the Executive Vice President responsible for the Retail Branches and Consumer Lending. She has over 25 years of sales, marketing and management experience, all of which have been in the financial services industry. Karen joined Canandaigua National in 1997, and was the Branch Manager and the Area Manager of the Pittsford group of branches for the 10 years prior to holding this position. Her current responsibilities center on ensuring the delivery of the high level of customer experience that is recognized as “Canandaigua National” through all of the Retail delivery channels.
Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John Fisher College, where she majored in Accounting. She also earned her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, with a focus on Management. Karen has lived in the Webster area for the past 30 years with her husband, Mike, her two daughters and her son. She has volunteered in many local youth sports programs and has served as a Board Member, treasurer and coach for the Webster Athletes Association for many years. She was recently honored by the Town: one of the Softball fields was named after her in recognition of her years of service with the Girls Softball organization. She is currently involved as a Board Member with the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley, an organization that supports via grants, local organizations that address the economic self-sufficiency gaps for girls and women.
