Lisa is the Senior Vice President of the Retail Network where she oversees 23 Branches, Call Center, Personal Bankers and Business Development. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team supporting banking activities and strategic initiatives. Lisa has 22 years of experience in the banking industry, all of which have been with Canandaigua National Bank & Trust. Her current responsibilities include the growth and retention of the banking center’s deposit and loan portfolio along with ensuring the delivery of the high level of customer experience that is recognized as Canandaigua National Bank and Trust.
Lisa began her career in 1988 and has grown from teller, financial service representative, mortgage specialist, manager of the Victor Community Office, to Area Manager of the Pittsford marketplace. In 2003 Lisa was the recipient of the Arthur S. Hamlin Award for Excellence, which exemplifies CNC’s core values, honesty and integrity, responsibility, teamwork, respect, innovation, professionalism, and commitment.
