Mary Ann Ridley joined Canandaigua National Bank in 1989 as Director of Human Resources. She had previously held Human Resource management positions at Rochester Community Savings Bank, Goldome, and The Genesee Hospital. In 2002 Mary Ann assumed responsibility for the Training function at CNB as well as Human Resources.
