(1) Specific account terms:
WorkPlace Banking (WPB) Eligibility. You must be an employee of a participating company in CNB’s WorkPlace Banking Program and have your paycheck directly deposited into a CNB WorkPlace Banking Checking Account.
The information stated below for the WorkPlace e-ssentials Account, the WorkPlace Advantage Account, and the WorkPlace Optimum Account modifies the information for the e-ssentials, Advantage, and Optimum plans, respectively, as provided in our Consumer Schedule of Service Charges and Fees (Schedule). All other prices and features for your WorkPlace e-ssentials, WorkPlace Advantage, or WorkPlace Optimum accounts are the same as those provided in the e-sentials, Advantage, and Optimum accounts, respectively, in our Schedule.
WPB e-ssentials. There is no monthly service charge on a WorkPlace e-ssentials account with direct deposit from a participating company.

WPB Advantage. A monthly fee of $12 will be charged on every statement date if the average daily balance in combined deposit accounts (Checking, Savings, Money Market) for the statement period falls below $3,500.
WPB Optimum. Beginning 60 days from account origination, a monthly fee of $10 will be charged on every statement date if the combined balance in CNB accounts for the statement period falls below $20,000. The combined balance for the Optimum account is: the average daily balance in Checking, Savings, Money Market, Certificates of Deposit, Basic Business Checking; and the outstanding balance for auto loans, CNB in-house Mortgage loans, personal loans, home equity loans or lines of credit, a Wealth Strategies Group or a Genesee Valley Trust relationship, or a qualified Online Brokerage Services (OBS) account.
The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.
If you are no longer employed by a participating company in CNB’s WorkPlace Banking Program, or if you continue to be employed by a participating company but your pay is not directly deposited into a CNB WorkPlace Banking Checking Account, your monthly service fee will be modified as set forth below.
WPB e-ssentials. A monthly fee of $6 will be charged on every statement date.
WPB Advantage. A monthly fee of $12 will be charged on every statement date if the combined balance in deposit accounts for the statement period falls below $3,500.
WPB Optimum. A monthly fee of $15 will be charged on every statement date if the combined balance in CNB accounts for the statement period falls below $20,000.
All other prices and features for your WPB account will be consistent with the standard fees and service charges as provided in our then current Schedule.
Loan discounts limited to one discount per loan, maximum .50%.
(2) Consumer mortgages only. Must be a first lien position mortgage on the accountholder’s primary residence.
(3) Free Identity Theft Restoration Services for WPB e-ssentials and WPB Optimum account holders. Identity Theft Restoration and Protection Services available to all accounts for a monthly fee of $9.95 or $12.95 to include spouse.

Products offered through CNB Insurance Agency are not deposits or obligations of, or guaranteed or endorsed by The Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Company. Insurance Companies offering products through CNB Insurance Agency are independent of and not affiliated with The Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Company or CNB Insurance Agency.

(6) Canandaigua National Bank & Trust has selected Generations Gold, Inc., a fully independent third-party service provider, to provide travel and other discounted services on an exclusive basis directly to WPB Optimum and WPB e-ssentials customers, as Generations Gold members. Canandaigua National Bank & Trust assumes no liability for any of the providers in fulfilling their services through Generations Gold. All liabilities, claims, damages, and demands are the direct responsibility of Generations Gold, Inc., the benefits provider. Discounts received through Generations Gold may not be used in conjunction with any other Canandaigua National Bank & Trust discounts.
