Friends of the School of the Arts Halloween Storybook and Spooky House Extravaganza

As kids trick-or-treat around the school they will be greeted by various fairytale characters including: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Peter Pan, Captain Hook, the Three Little Pigs, the Cowardly Lion, Tinkerbelle, the Tinman, the Scarecrow, Goldilocks and the Three Bears and many others. A Halloween Storybook and Spooky House Extravaganza also features costume parades, pumpkin decorating, face-painting and exploring a Spooky House throughout the day.

October 29 Halloween Fundraiser for Prevent Blindness Canandaigua Chapter

Come to our Halloween Zumbathon Fundrasier to start a local chapter of Prevent Blindness in Canandaigua. PB does free eye health screenings in preschools! Come to see what Zumba's all about. Great music and free raffles every 15 minutes for over $1500 worth of donated local gift certificates! Tickets are $25 and you do not have to be present to win (& support a great local cause!) Get your ticket today from the YMCA or Uptown Fitness. Ticket also includes admisiion into the Inn on the Lake's Halloween party afterwards.

Specifics: 4 Person Teams - Each team member is responsible for collecting a minimum of $30.00 in pledges as your entry fee. You earn bigger prizes with the higher pledge dollars you collect. Your $30.00 includes 2 games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and soda.

The Granger Homestead invites you to the Canandaigua Christkindl Market Dinner and Dance -- a festive evening of food and dancing under a heated tent, sponsored by Canandaigua National Bank. Enjoy gourmet food stations from 6-8pm, and dance to the music of Skycoasters from 7-10pm. After 8pm, admission for dancing is only $10 per person. Also witness the crowning of the Chriskindl Angel contest winner at the dance event.
