Benches on Parade

Benches on Parade is a community arts project that showcases local creativity and civic pride while helping raise funds for local not-for-profits.  Canandaigua National Bank & Trust is sponsoring two benches, created by teams from local high schools.  Starting in May 2010, the completed benches will be on display throughout the Greater Rochester community.  At the end of the summer, the benches will be auctioned off, with the proceeds going to benefit area non-profit organizations.  You can learn more about the project on the Benches on Parade  Web site.

The CNB-sponsored benches are being created by teams of artists from School of the  Arts  and Webster Thomas High School .
