Not only can you save paper by choosing CNB's e-statements, but not issuing a paper statement is a simple but effective first step to cutting back on the potential for sensitive information to fall into the wrong hands.
In Online Banking by clicking on the e-statement button near the top of your Accounts Summary page. Read the E-statement Agreement and click "I Accept". Select the format in which you would like to receive e-statements (HTML or Text). Enter your e-mail address and click "Continue".
Are there any requirements for receiving e-statement?
The only requirement is a valid e-mail address.
What accounts will be on my e-statement?
Any accounts that you are an owner on. The number of e-statements will be the same as the number of paper statements you are currently receiving.
Example: Joe and Jean Customer currently receive three (3) paper statements:
One contains their joint checking, savings and CDs, one contains Joe’s individual consumer loan and one contains their daughter Joan’s Looney Tune savings (joint with Joe). They would receive three (3) e-statements.
What if I do not want some of my accounts included on my e-statement?

You can reply to the notification and inform us of any accounts you do not want included and also if there are other accounts you want added to your e-statement.
