- Minimum PC Specifications - Windows Operating System (XP Professional SP2 or later), Pentium 4 3GHz or Intel Duo-Core 1.86GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, 120GB storage drive, 17-19" flat panel monitor, CD writer (for backup purposes), broadband internet capable, and internet browser, e.g., MS Internet Explorer.
