Monthly Cost per Card1	$14.95

1 A monthly fee per cardholder of $14.95 will be charged to your account. If you choose to cancel your membership, a new enhanced Debit MasterCard will be ordered and issued to you with a new account number and your current card will be closed.
2 For CNB Debit Card purchases, points are awarded for every $100 spent with a signature or a PIN transaction. ATM transactions do not apply. Points awarded in relation to dollars spent subject to change without notice. Rewards in program valued from 100 to 100,000 points. Rewards subject to change without notice and program may be terminated at any time. Rewards issued after January 1, 2022 will expire after 5 years. Rewards issued prior to January 1, 2022 will continue to expire after 2 years. Points awarded per checking account; when multiple debit cards exist on one account, points are pooled.
3 Cash Back and Bonus Point amounts and Program discounts and coupon values vary in the sole discretion of the applicable participating retailer or service provider.
