All bids must be received no later than 1:00 on the day of sale.
Each bid should be for a minimum of 5 shares. The bid should indicate the price per share and the number of shares bid.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED AT 2:00 P.M. on the day of the sale.
Successful bidders will be notified within 24 hours of the auction and are required to provide collected funds within 3 business days from the date of the auction.
