When should I expect Regularly Scheduled Online Banking Maintenance?
In effort to maintain system long term stability and reliability of our systems, we will be implementing regularly scheduled maintenance at a frequency of up to two times per month. These will occur early Sunday mornings beginning at midnight through 4:00am. The following systems will be unavailable as we perform system maintenance: Online Banking, Mobile App, Text Banking, and CNBanker® Voice.
The date of the next scheduled maintenance will be posted in the right hand banner of the Online Banking Home screen approximately one week before each instance.

Your account number can be found at the bottom of your check right after the routing number. You can also contact our Call Center at (585) 394-4260 ext. 0 or (800) 724-2621 for this information.

What should I do if I am the victim of Identity Theft?
Act immediately! Contact us at (585) 394-4260 or (800) 724-2621. We will help you with the next steps to take with us. You will also want to file a police report, keep a written record of your correspondence, and contact the credit bureaus.

Does CNB notify customers of fraud via text?
Yes, CNB debit card customers are notified via text message if suspicious activity is identified. Fraud messages are received from CNB Debit Notifications Fraud Center (37268) and will allow you to confirm or deny the validity of the transaction in question by simply replying YES or NO.
