  • How do I apply?

    You my view our current openings by visiting our CNC Career Center. Review our current openings and choose a position of interest. Click on Apply in the top right corner.

    If you are a first time user to our application system, you will need to register for an account. If you already registered, you may login using your User ID and Password. If you forgot your User ID or Password, please click on the “Forgot your User ID?” or “Forgot your Password?” links.

  • What if I need special assistance to apply?

  • Which browsers are acceptable?

    Your ADP service is certified and tested on the following browsers and operating systems, with the exception of Microsoft® Internet Explorer® Versions 9 and 10, which are only supported by ADP: 

    • Microsoft® Internet Explorer® * 
      • Version 9 on Microsoft Windows® 7 SP1 (32 and 64 bits). This version is no longer supported by Microsoft, but it is supported by ADP. 
      • Version 10 on Microsoft Windows® 7 SP1 (32 and 64 bits) and Microsoft Windows® 8 (32 and 64 bits). This version is no longer supported by Microsoft, but it is supported by ADP. 
      • Version 11 on Microsoft Windows® 7 SP1 (32 and 64 bits), Microsoft Windows® 8.1 (excluding RT Touch Screen, which is not supported or certified by ADP), and Microsoft Windows® 10. * To print checks on blank check stock, you must have Internet Explorer and enable Microsoft ActiveX® to print checks on blank check stock using the On-Site Printing feature or the Manual Checks feature.
    • Microsoft® Edge® **
      ** The Edge browser does not support ActiveX controls. On-Site Printing (OSP) and manual check printing functionality will not work with the Edge browser. Windows 10 includes IE 11, which can be used for OSP and manual check printing.

    For the best possible user experience, ADP recommends a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 800. Screen resolutions smaller than this will still work, but will require horizontal scrolling in some cases.

  • Which file types are acceptable to attach a resume?

  • Do I have to attach a resume?

    You do not need to attach a resume, but we strongly suggest you supply us with your background and skills so we can accurately gauge your qualifications for the position you are applying for.

  • How do I know if my application has been received?

    You will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. If you do not receive an email almost immediately, please check your junk mail. 

    We review applications on an ongoing basis. If you are identified as a finalist for an available position, we will reach out to you directly via email or phone.

  • How can I tell if a position has been filled?

    We keep our current openings up to date. If you do not see a position listed, it has been filled or is no longer available.

  • I applied previously. Is my resume still on file?

    We will keep your resume on file for one year. Please feel free to reapply to a new position should you see a new opportunity you are interested in.

  • I can’t remember my login ID or I forgot my password?

    If you forgot your User ID or Password, please click on the “Forgot your User ID?” or “Forgot your Password?” links.

  • Will I need to go through a pre-employment background check?

    Yes, CNC conducts pre-employment background checks on all potential hires. Any offer extended is contingent upon an acceptable background check.

  • What if I’m concerned about my credit?

    CNC expects you to use good judgement in assuming personal financial obligations. You are expected to handle your accounts(s) in a manner that will serve as an example to our customers. We do expect that you conduct your personal banking in an appropriate and correct fashion. We expect credit to be used wisely and with discretion. Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) of Rochester is a local resource to help individuals with Financial Education, Debt Management, and Financial Counseling.   • What is the interview process like?

    If you are selected to interview for a position, you will meet with a representative from Human Resources, as well as the hiring manager. Human Resources will remain your primary contact throughout the interview process.
