First Time User Instructions

Welcome to Canandaigua National Bank & Trust's Online Banking and BillPay systems! In order to access your account, please follow the directions below.

Instructions for first time user when logging in on CNBank.com:

To login, click here and provide the required information.

Instructions for first time user when logging in on the CNB Mobile Banking App:

  1. Press the ‘First Time User’ link.
     
  2. Enter the Login ID that you received via email in the ‘Login ID’ Field and press ‘Submit.
      
  3. Select a phone number, text number or email address to receive a Secure Access Code.
    *If you have chosen a phone number, you will receive an automated phone call speaking your secure access code, you need to be able to answer the phone to receive your code, your code will not be left as a message.
     
  4. Retrieve your one-time Secure Access Code from your phone or email. Enter the Secure Access Code, press ‘submit.’ 
    *Do not share Secure Access Codes over the phone or text with anyone, including CNB.
      
  5. Create your new Online Banking Password, confirm the password, press ‘Submit.’
    *Passwords are case sensitive and must meet requirements.
     
  6. Review your Online Profile; if changes are necessary you can submit those through a secure mailbox message within Online Banking, press ‘Submit Profile.’
      
  7. Read the ‘Online Banking Access Agreement & Disclosure’ and press ‘I Accept.’
      
  8. Press ‘Register Device’ to complete your enrollment and begin using the CNB Mobile App.
    *Please Note: If you choose to NOT register your device, you will need to have a secure access code delivered to you each time you access the Mobile App on this device.
