Did you know with CNBillPay you can add additional accounts as payment sources? This is a nice feature that enables you to add more than one of your CNB checking accounts to CNBillPay to choose for funding your payments.
How: Access ‘CNBillPay’ within the Online Banking Center. Use the ‘Options’ drop-down menu and select ‘Pay From Accounts’. On the left, under ‘View Options’, select ‘Add Account’ to open the ‘Add Payment Account’ screen. Create an ‘Account Nickname’, enter your CNB checking ‘Account Number’, ‘Confirm Account Number’, (‘Account Type’ cannot be changed from ‘Checking’, since only your CNB checking accounts can be added) and then press ‘Next’. Review the information for accuracy and press ‘Submit Account’. Once the account has been verified it will be available for use within three business days.
