Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can select your security alerts? This is a nice feature that enables you to choose which alerts you want to receive and how they will be sent to you.
How: From the ‘Preferences’ menu, select ‘Security Options’ and then choose the ‘Alerts’ tab. Enter the information for how you want to receive your alerts. You can receive alerts by email, phone, and/or text. If you enter multiple options, an alert will be delivered to each when a selected security event occurs. Some alerts have already been selected by default and others are required. Check the alerts you would like to receive and uncheck those you do not want to receive. When you are done press ‘Submit Alerts Changes’.
