Online Banking Tip of the Day: Add a Comment when Scheduling a Bill Payment

Did you know with CNBillPay you can add a comment when scheduling a bill payment?  This is a nice feature that allows you to attach a note to a payment, for your own use.
How:  Access ‘CNBillPay’ within the Online Banking Center and proceed through the steps to schedule a ‘Single Payment’ or ‘Recurring Payment’.  The option to add a comment is available as part of the ‘Review’ step.  During review, listed in the ‘Additional Items’ column for a payment is an ‘Add’ link.  Click ‘Add’, type in your ‘Comment’, press ‘Submit’ and continue through the steps.  For payments being sent by check you can add a comment and a memo.  Comments will not be seen by the payee, memos appear on the bottom of the check.
