, in the Online Banking Center, effective use of the description search will yield better results? ‘Description’ is a very useful search option to use for locating transactions and it is important to keep in mind the characters you enter when preforming a description search. How:
When viewing your account’s register, select ‘Search
’ to view the ‘Search Criteria’ drop-down list. From the list choose ‘Description
’, enter a ‘Description
’ and press ‘Submit
’. All transactions in the account register containing the characters entered in the ‘Description’ field will be displayed. To limit the number of transactions displayed use a more specific description. If the transaction(s) you are searching for are not displayed, verify you have entered the correct information. It is also helpful to review your account’s register to see what is listed for the description of a similar transaction.
