Environmental Impact of the 2019 Spring CNB Community Shred Days

Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) hosted a series of three (3) community shred days at their Honeoye Falls, Greece Ridge, and Farmington Offices.

CNB partnered with Eco Green Park, located out of Rochester, to collect and shred all documents received during the community shred days.

Paper at each location was collected and weighed in pounds.
Material Processed: 37,760 pounds collected is equal to 18.88 Tons processed
Translates into:

  • 321 Trees Saved
  • 132,160 Gallons of Water Saved
  • 77,408 Kw of Energy Saved
  • 1,233 Pounds of Pollutants Kept Out of Atmosphere
  • 95 Cubic Yards of Landfill Saved
  • $97,452.37 of Financial Value Saved*
