Effective October 1, 2021, the USPS announced a revision to their service standards for First-Class Mail items reflecting a delivery window of up to 5 days. As a result, you may experience delays in the delivery of CNB mail, such as statements and notices. Some documents may include billing and/or payment dates.

We encourage you to consider enrolling in online banking for up-to-date account information and access to online loan payments, e-statement delivery for monthly statements, and auto-payment for you loans. Each of these are a means to avoid delivery delays and potential late notice for payments due.

To enroll in online banking visit CNBank.com. To enroll in e-statement delivery, log in to online banking and navigate to Preferences > Statement Delivery in Online Banking.
