Online Banking Tip of the Day: Add A CNB Customer’s Account to the List of ‘Transfer To’ Accounts

Did you know you can add another CNB online banking customer’s account to the list of accounts you can transfer to?  This is convenient if you frequently make transfers to another CNB customer and want to save that recipient information for future transfers.
How:  From the ‘Transactions’ menu, select ‘Cross Customer Transfer Setup’.  Next select the radio button ‘Save recipient information…’ and press ‘Continue’.  Enter the ‘Email Address’ and the ‘Last 4 Digits of CNB Account #’ for whom you are sending funds to (these should be obtained from the recipient), then press ‘Continue’.  Once the recipient information is saved, the account will be listed as a ‘To Account’ along with your other accounts for funds transfers.
