Did you know you can add to the list of options you have for receiving secure access codes? You want to have the best options available to you for receiving these codes since they are necessary when you access the Online Banking Center from an unregistered computer or when using the forgot password function.
How: From the ‘Preferences’ menu, select ‘Security Options’ and then choose the ‘Secure Delivery’ tab. Select ‘Add Delivery Contact’ and from the drop-down list choose to add a ‘New E-Mail Address’, ‘New Phone Number’ or ‘New SMS Text Number’. Enter the information for your selection and press ‘OK’.
