Did you know you can add CNB accounts that you are an owner/signer on to your existing online banking access? This is convenient if you have accounts that you did not originally enroll in online banking or have opened accounts since you enrolled and want to add them to your existing Login ID.
How: Log in to the Online Banking Center and from the ‘Services’ menu, select ‘Add/Delete Account’ to open the ‘Add/Delete Account Request’ form. Select the radio button to ‘Add’, enter the ‘Account #’, choose the ‘Account Type’ from the drop-down list, and press ‘Continue’ to submit your request. Once your information is verified, your request will be processed within 1-2 business days. When you add an account in the Online Banking Center it will also appear in Mobile Banking.
