Did you know you can add a manual transaction using the financial calendar in CNBudget Central? This is a nice feature for when you are viewing the calendar and want to add a manual transaction directly from within the calendar without navigating away.
How: Select the ‘Canandaigua National Bank Financial Calendar’ tab to view your calendar. Click a date box in the calendar to display information for that day in the sidebar to the right of the calendar. Scroll to the bottom of the information displayed in the sidebar and press ‘Add Manual Transactions’ to open an ‘Enter Manual Transaction’ window. The ‘Account’ field provides a drop-down box that allows you to choose an account, but if only one account is displayed in the financial calendar, that account will be prefilled automatically. The ‘Date’ field is prefilled according to the date you selected from the calendar and can be adjusted if needed. Complete the information for your manual transaction and press ‘Save Transaction’.
