Did you know you can add an account you have at another bank for transfers?
How: In the Online Banking Center, select ‘External Transfer Setup’ under the ‘Transactions’ menu. There are two steps in the process, ‘Add an External Account’ and ‘Verify External Account Requests’. The second step cannot be completed until the deposits initiated from the first step have been made to the external account. The entire process will take a minimum of a few days. Be sure to monitor your external account for these deposits. External account requests need to be verified within 14 days of the request. After an external account has been verified it will show in the Online Banking Center and Mobile Banking as a transfer ‘From Account’ and transfer ‘To Account’.
