Did you know with CNBusiness BillPay a company can have multiple sub-users?
How: Businesses that have enrolled in CNBusiness BillPay can give bill payment access to any of the users added in the Online Banking Center. An administrator can add a user, select ‘Manage Users’, from the ‘Preferences’ menu, choose ‘Add User’, complete the user information and press ‘Ok’. After a user is added, rights can be established or maintained by selecting ‘User Rights’. Choose a user, select rights for the user, and press ‘Submit’. Select ‘Bill Payment’ for ‘Transaction’ rights to have the CNBusiness BillPay option available for that user. CNBusiness BillPay is an enhanced bill payment system with many features specific to a business, including the ability to have multiple sub-users.
