Did you know with CNBillPay you can receive a recurring email of your payment history? This feature allows you to schedule a series of emails that contains your payment history, based on your selected criteria.
How: In CNBillPay, select ‘e-Notifications’ from the ‘Options’ menu, and then select the ‘Recurring’ tab. In the box for ‘A list of all payment and transfer history’, select from the drop-down lists ‘How often’, ‘On what day’, ‘Category’, ‘Nickname’ and then press ‘Submit’ to schedule the notification. If you want to create additional notifications with different options, repeat the process. ‘Recurring Notifications’ are sent to the ‘Email address on file’, if necessary ‘Update’.
