Did you know you can cancel a scheduled transfer using the Mobile Banking App?
How: Log in to the CNB Mobile Banking App and select ‘Review Online Activity’ (Online Activity is any transfer initiated in the Online Banking Center, Mobile Access Site, or the Mobile Banking App). Select the criteria for the activity you want to review and press ‘Submit’. Select the transfer you want to cancel and review the transaction to be certain it is the one you want to cancel. Press ‘Cancel’ and then press ‘OK’ to receive confirmation the transaction was canceled. With the CNB Mobile App it is easy to cancel a scheduled transfer; whenever, wherever.
