Did you know it is easy to request to have an account that appears on the ‘Overview’ page removed from your online banking access? This is helpful when you have an account listed in online banking that you no longer want displayed. For example a loan that has been paid off or a checking account that is now closed.
How: Log in to the Online Banking Center and from the ‘Services’ menu, select ‘Add/Delete Account’ to open the ‘Add/Delete Account Request’ form. Select the radio button to ‘Delete’, choose the ‘Account’ from the drop-down list and press ‘Continue’ to submit your request. Within 1-2 business days your request will be processed and the account will no longer appear in the Online Banking Center or Mobile Banking.
