Online Banking Tip of the Day: Effective Use of Description Search in the Account Register

Did you know what you enter when using the description search in the Online Banking Center account register is important for how effective the search will be?
How:  When using a description search, all transactions in the account register containing the characters entered in the ‘Description:’ field will be displayed.  To limit the number of transactions displayed use more specific search terms.  If the transaction(s) you are searching are not displayed, verify you have not entered any incorrect characters.  Reviewing an account register for the description of a similar transaction can be helpful.
