Did you know with CNBusiness BillPay you can establish payment caps for each user?
How: An administrator can set a specific amount that a user cannot exceed when scheduling a payment in CNBusiness BillPay. From the CNBusiness BillPay menu select ‘Options’ and choose ‘Manage Users’. Select ‘Permission Settings’ to the right of the user you want to adjust the settings for. Select ‘Edit User Permissions’, select ‘Payments’ (from the ‘Edit Permissions’ box on the left) and check ‘Establish Payment Caps’. Select the option of a payment cap for all payees or specific payees, enter a specific amount or amount(s) and press ‘Save Changes’. CNBusiness BillPay is an enhanced bill payment system with many features specific to a business, including the ability to establish payment caps for each individual user.
