Online Banking Tip of the Day: Forgot Password Process

Did you know if you forget your password to the Online Banking Center, you can reset it 24/7?  This is a helpful secure process that allows you to reset your password and access your accounts.
How:  Enter your ‘Login Id’, check the box for ‘Forgot Password’, and then press ‘Login’.  Select the radio button next to the Secure Access Code delivery option you want to use and press ‘Submit’.  Once you receive the code, enter the ‘Secure Access Code’ and press ‘Submit’.  Now create a ‘New Password’, enter that password again to ‘Confirm Password’, and press ‘Submit’.  This is now your password for both the Online Banking Center and, if mobile enrollment was completed, the Mobile Banking App.  This process is only available in the Online Banking Center.
