Online Banking Tip of the Day: Forgot Response to a CNBillPay Challenge Phrase

Did you know help is available if you have forgotten your response to one of your CNBillPay challenge phrases?  This is helpful if you are unable to continue with a task because you do not remember your response to the challenge phrase that is presented to you.
How: The Customer Call Center is available 7 days a week.  For assistance, send a message using ‘Messages’ within the Online Banking Center or call (585) 394-4260 or (800) 724-2621, weekdays 8am-8pm and weekends 9am-1pm.
