Did you know it is important to use detailed information when sending a secure mailbox message to CNB?
How: To access your secure mailbox select ‘Messages’, under the ‘Services’ menu in the Online Banking Center. To create a message press ‘New’, select who to send the message ‘To’, enter a ‘Subject’, type your message (Use as much detailed information as possible, including: Login ID, account numbers, dates, times, amounts, and anything else that may be important.), then press the ‘Send’ button. These details are very helpful in order for us to effectively assist you. You can even add an ‘Attachment’ to your message; click the ‘Browse’ button and select a file from your computer to attach. The Secure Mailbox is contained within the online banking system, making it the most secure way to communicate detailed information to CNB.
