Online Banking Tip of the Day: Inquire About a Payment in CNBillPay

Did you know you can send a payment inquiry to CNBillPay?  Before sending a payment inquiry, you should always contact the payee in question for the most up-to-date information.  If that does not resolve the issue proceed with a payment inquiry.
How:  Select ‘Payment History’ from the ‘Payments’ menu.  Choose the criteria to use for locating the payment and press ‘Search’.  When you have the payment displayed, on the right next to the word ‘Details’, press ‘View’.  At the bottom of the details for the payment, press 'Send a payment inquiry'.  Select the radio button for the type of inquiry you have and proceed with the steps for your selection.
