Online Banking Tip of the Day: Keep Your User Profile Up-To-Date

Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can review your ‘User Profile’ and if needed submit changes?  This helpful feature allows you to review your personal information and send an update for anything that may be outdated.
How:  Select ‘User Profile’ from the ‘Preferences’ menu to review your profile.  The second sentence at the top of the page reads “If anything is incorrect click here…”, this is a link to your ‘Secure Mailbox’.  In the ‘Secure Mailbox’ toolbar, select ‘New’ to open a pop-up window for your message.  Select ‘Update Online Profile Information’ from the drop-down list, for the ‘To’ line, and enter a ‘Subject’.  Compose your message of the changes to be made and include your Login ID.  Press the ‘Send’ button in the top left corner of the message window to submit your message.
