Did you know you have to create a Mobile Access Code (MAC) to authorize transfers within the Mobile Banking App?
How: Similar to entering a PIN at an ATM, a Mobile Access Code (MAC) is a 4 digit code you create for the use of authorizing transactions within the Mobile Banking App. Mobile Enrollment and creating a MAC both need to be completed when you are logged into the Online Banking Center from a computer before you can utilize the transfer feature in the Mobile Banking App. If you did not create a MAC as part of ‘Mobile Enrollment’ or need to change your MAC, Select ‘Mobile Enrollment’ within the Online Banking Center, click on the ‘Mobile Authorizations’ tab, enter a 4 digit code of your choice and click ‘Submit’. With the Online Banking Center you can create and maintain a specialized code to use when making transfers in the Mobile Banking App.
