Online Banking Tip of the Day: Mobile Enrollment Required for CNB Mobile Online Banking App

Did you know in order to use the CNB Mobile Online Banking App, you are required to complete ‘Mobile Enrollment’ within the Online Banking Center?  Through this process you authorize your User ID and Password to access mobile banking, and create a code to use for mobile transfers.
How:  Log on to the Online Banking Center and from the ‘Preferences’ menu select ‘Mobile Enrollment’.  By default the ‘Mobile Enrollment’ tab is selected.  Select the box next to ‘Yes, enable my User ID and Password…’ to place a checkmark in the box and press the ‘Submit’ button.  Then select the ‘Mobile Authorizations’ tab and create a 4 digit code (similar to a PIN for a debit card) in the ‘Mobile Authorization Code’ field and press the ‘Submit’ button.
