Online Banking Tip of the Day: Online Banking Registration and Browser Cookies

Did you know when you register a device for online banking a browser cookie is used?  This is important to know if you encounter difficulty with registration or a device that you registered becomes unregistered.
How:  When you log in to the Online Banking Center on an unregistered device, you can choose ‘Register this computer for later use’ or ‘Give me one-time access only’.  When ‘Register this computer for later use’ is selected, a cookie is created to recognize your device for future use.  Depending on the browser or device, you may need to adjust the settings to accept cookies during the registration process.  If the cookie used to register your device is deleted, you will need to re-register.
