Online Banking Tip of the Day: Remove a CNB Customer’s Account From Your List of Accounts for Transfers

Did you know in the Online Banking Center you can submit a request to remove another CNB online banking customer’s account from your list of accounts to transfer to?  This is a nice feature if you had used ‘Cross Customer Transfer Setup’ to add another CNB customer’s account for transfers and now no longer are making transfers to that account.
How:  You can submit this request by utilizing the ‘Secure Mailbox’ within the Online Banking Center.  From the ‘Services’ menu, select ‘Messages’ to open your secure mailbox.  From the toolbar in your mailbox, select ‘New’ to open a pop-up window for the message you want to send.  Choose ‘Customer Service’ from the ‘To’ drop-down list and for the ‘Subject’ line enter delete account.  Within the box type your message that you want to delete a cross customer account and be sure to include the last 4 digits of that account number.  When you are ready to send your message, press the ‘Send’ button in the upper left corner of the message window to receive verification your message has been sent.
