Did you know if you added a secondary account holder in CNBillPay, you can easily have them removed? With this feature you can revoke the authorization you had previously given another to inquire about your payments.
How: In CNBillPay, select ‘View Contact Info’ from the ‘Options’ menu. Under ‘Account Holder Information’, select ‘remove’ next to the name of the ‘Secondary’ account holder, and press ‘Yes’ to confirm.
